Old Navy is great! Shopping with them is always a good experience. My order was placed on 2/31/13 and was expected to be delivered with in a week. But i got it in just 4 days. Great!
I've ordered from Old Navy numerous times and have had good experiences. The return process is great and prices are economical. My only complain is that I find some of their clothes thin - but the quality is good and they have good customer service.
Generally great prices, especially when they have sales. My greatest complaint is that often, the size(s) I want are no longer in stock. Overall great store with very nice customer services.

I like the shirts sold at Old Navy that I can wear casually anywhere. These shirts last longer than expected. Awesome quality and low prices are beauty of this store.
I ordered school uniform items for both my children using my Old Navy card and chose the free shipping option. My order was delivered within a few days. Their prices are always good and it's nice to be able to return items to the store if they don't fit. Of course, I'll keep shopping there!!!

My order took 3 business days to ship but it arrived quickly once it shipped. I prefer to order online since I can find my size more easily and can return items in-store if necessary. So far each of my orders has been fine.

I ordered 3 items of clothing from Old Navy and I'm really happy with this purchase. Their shipping was absolutely free and very fast. One of the items was too small so I had to return it and had no problem at all. I would definitely shop from here again.
Like the dresses offered at Old Navy. This store has always helped me in getting what I needed. I love the staff who deals in a friendly manner and also helps you in finding the best deals and make use of it.
I never write review but this time I'm forced to do so. Last week I purchased some clothes from Old Navy and they were exactly what I had expected. My ordered was delivered very quickly and price was also great. Great job Old Navy!

Last month I ordered 3 items from the Old Navy website and got great discounts on my purchase. They also provided me with free shipping. One of the items was small, so I had to return it. It was easily returned without any problem and I will definitely shop from them again.

This is my fifth order from Old Navy over the past 3 months. I'm fully satisfied with this store. They have the most amazing collection of products and their prices are also very economical. I always recommend this store to all my friends.

Ordered many times from this store. Never had any issues. Bought a ton of baby clothes, and found some coupons to make the deal even better. Shipping was fast very and the charges were easily affordable. All i all, it is a great store.

I ordered a jacket fro myself from old navy website and it came in the wrong size.But not only did they correct it quickly, they sent me the right size with a gift card! I'm really impressed with their customer service. Great job!!

I've ordered from Old Navy numerous times and always had good experience. Their service and return process are great. They also honor sale prices and automatically credit the difference if something you ordered went on sale, which is really amazing.
