Visited this store with my daughter. Thier staff is too laxy. Dont pay attention to kids. The shop is laid out like a "cartoon" factory.
My daughter and I are huge fans of Build a bear. We went to this store for the first time with a friend. It was an instant hit with my daughter and after receiving some money at Christmas she asked if she could go again and make a new bear. So we went to the store and got a lovely new bear. Their employees are always helpful and friendly, and the store is very neat and clean. I would recommend every mother to take their daughters to Build a bear.
Build-a-bear is a great shop where you can pick, stuff and completely personalise a new friend from a range of soft toys. The staff are all very friendly. They engage well with children and no matter what age you are they do their best to totally immerse you in the buying experience.

I love this store. It's great and offers so many amazing stuff. The salespeople are always friendly and attentive. If they are busy they always apologize and actually seem like they mean it. I would recommend this store to everyone.
Last week I went to their store for the first time. It's like I'm a child all over again. It was definitely an amazing experience. I love their bears, puppies, bunnies and all the other things. Their products are great for both kids and teens, and prices are also very reasonable.
Awful customer service. I went to their store to make a birthday party reservation for my little sister. As it was going to be for a large group, I had some questions to make sure it would work. Instead of helping us understand how the party would be organized, the manager was very rude. I wish I could give them zero star!!!
I've been to their store a few times to get a teddy bear for my daughter. Each time we walk past this store, we have to walk really fast and make sure our daughter doesn't stop here. The staff is friendly as always. But, it can get busy on weekend and line moves very slow at the counter.
I got a Teddy Bear from here for my 3 year old daughter. It's a nice place to go for both kids and adults. The staff is always very friendly. It gets busy sometimes, but the fun never stops. If you also want a little friend for your kids then this is a great place to go to!!!
Last year I had a chance to shop from this store to have a teddy bear for my sweet and adorable girlfriend. This time I decided to go for another one and got it for my girlfriend. I was looking for the discounts which they are offering well before time. I had purchased a panda instead of bear. It is very soft and adorable and hopefully my girlfriend will like it on valentine's day. Thanks to build a bear store for giving such awesome gifts and services.
We absolutely adore Build A Bear. I love the Stuff club and various savings offers. With their huge collection, our kids can find something they love. As always Build a Bear will make my daughter happy for Christmas, even at 19 she still has to get one every Christmas.
