They have an amazing return policy, and they are known for it. If you send the product back with a receipt in it's original (possibly damaged packaging) they will give you a full return. Now I am not hired by Sephora, (oh but I wish I was!) but I do plan to become a makeup artist in my future and have been playing around with makeup for three years now. It's my passion.
